1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili20 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jili20.cam. By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the jili20 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jili20 platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of jili20 following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of jili20's services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are accessing jili20 in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jili20 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not a current or former professional player, agent, referee, or official in any sport or league on which you are placing bets through the jili20 sports betting platform.
• You have not been self-excluded or otherwise excluded from gambling activities by any licensed gambling operator or regulatory authority.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

jili20 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending compliance.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on jili20, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and such other information as jili20 may require from time to time.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the account lifecycle is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on jili20 at any time. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity information, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. jili20 employs technical measures to detect multi-accounting. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended, and all balances in excess of original deposits may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jili20 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jili20 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jili20 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise in connection with a specific promotion or game.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili20 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on account verification status, geographic location, and other factors.

4.2 Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes on business days.
• jili20 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposit, subject to jili20's verification requirements.
• Fully verified accounts typically receive GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same Philippine business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM local time.
• jili20 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jili20 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. Players who have self-excluded or have accounts under investigation are not eligible to claim promotions.
• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus more than once is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus credits carry an expiry date, typically thirty (30) days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus credits are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and certain arcade titles may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are outlined in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Win Cap: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashable amount. Any amounts in excess of the stated cap will be removed from the player's balance at the point of withdrawal.
• Abuse & Fraud: jili20 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent or bad-faith conduct.

6 Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using jili20, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or financial information.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Employing automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate wagering.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or jili20 employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in "arbitrage" betting, where you simultaneously place opposing wagers to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of jili20's systems without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory toward jili20 staff or other players.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your jili20 account to another individual.

7 Games & Wagering Rules

All games available on jili20, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, arcade games, bingo, lottery, and sports betting, are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

jili20 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers through real-time video stream. All game outcomes are final once determined by the game's software or by the dealing of a hand in live casino. Technical malfunctions void all plays and returns on affected transactions.

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface. jili20 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, and any such changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations, jili20 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at such other times as jili20 deems necessary. You may be required to submit the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo ID: Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID).
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months showing your current Philippine address.
• Payment method verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name).
• Source of funds declaration: For high-value transactions, jili20 may request documentation establishing the legitimate source of funds used for wagering.

jili20 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and, if necessary, freeze account balances pending the completion of KYC verification. jili20 accepts no liability for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from a player's failure to promptly provide required documentation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili20 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of jili20 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

jili20 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from jili20 without the prior written consent of the Company.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if jili20 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jili20's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date the claim arises.

jili20 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jili20 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jili20 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on jili20, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. However, jili20 may share your data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial crime authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

jili20 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if jili20 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• You are no longer eligible to use the platform (e.g., self-exclusion, change in Philippine residency status);
• jili20 is required to do so by law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach, jili20 will return the outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered withdrawal method after deducting any amounts owed to jili20. Where closure results from a breach, jili20 reserves the right to retain funds pending investigation and/or to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

You may voluntarily close your jili20 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) Philippine business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or to your use of the jili20 platform shall be submitted first to jili20's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree to waive your right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative action proceeding in connection with any dispute arising from your use of jili20.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jili20 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the jili20 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or by PAGCOR.

The current version of these Terms, identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of jili20 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
